摘要
目的:观察温心通胶囊抗氧化作用,进一步阐明该药物作用原理。方法:选择42例临床和3组(各30只)小白鼠,分别采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法、硫代巴比妥酸比色法作SOD及MDA实验。结果:临床总有效率80.96%;动物实验表明,治疗组与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:温心通胶囊能提高冠心病患者及实验小鼠血清SOD活力,降低MDA含量。
Objective： Observe the antioxidant effect of ＂Wenxintong＂ capsule , to furlher elucidate the mechanism of drug action . Methods： Choose 42 eases of clinical and 3 groups （ 30 in each ） in mice, respectively test SOD and MDA by using the method of xanthine oxidase and thiobarbituric acid eolorimetric method. Results： The total clinical effective rate is 80.96%, and animal experiments show that compared to the control group, the level of MDA decreased , activity of SOD elevated significantly in the treatment group （ P〈0.01 ） . Condusion：＂Wenxintong＂ capsule can provide the antioxidant effect in mice and patients with coronary heart disease.
