摘要
癌性腹水是恶性肿瘤晚期常见的并发症之一,主要是由于肿瘤转移种植损伤浆膜,引起浆膜毛细血管通透性增加,从而使含有较多的蛋白质渗出液溢入浆膜腔内,而肿瘤患者全身状态低下、严重的低蛋白血症又可损坏重吸收过程,从而加重腹水症状.它严重地影响了患者的生存质量,且目前对恶性腹水仍无行之有效的治疗方法.因此,积极探讨癌性腹水安全有效的治疗方法,提高患者的生存质量,在晚期恶性肿瘤的综合治疗中有着重要的意义.目前临床常用的治疗方法不少,现报道如下.
The cancerous ascites is one of the common complications of patients with advanced malignant tumor, it influences patient＇s survival quality seriously,and now still no effective therapy for malignant ascites. Therefore, explore safe and effective treatment methods and improve the quality of survival in patients with advanced malignancy actively has the vital significance. At present the clinical treatment method is not little, the resuhs are reported in this paper,in order to provide help for clinical treatment.
