高校提升大学生法制教育实效性的路径探析——基于对思想道德修养与法律基础课程教学效果的思考

Exploration on the Path to Improving University Students' Legal Education Effectiveness——Based on the Reflection on Teaching Effectiveness of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis

我国高校法制教育经过20多年的发展,仍然存在着深层次的问题。鉴于此,从思想道德修养与法律基础课的教学效果出发,对高校法制教育及当代大学生法律素养现状作深刻的原因分析,指出高校要转变教育观念,重视法制教育;要强化教育教学内容,丰富教育方法,改革考核方式;要提高思政教师理论水平,提供强有力的师资保障;要发挥校园文化的作用,营造高职大学生良好的法制教育氛围。

Our country＇s legal education in university still has some deep problems after two decades＇ development. Therefore, pro- eeeding from the actual teaching effectiveness of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis, this paper makes deep analysis on university legal education and the current status of contemporary university students＇ legal quality, points out that university should transform education concept, emphasize legal education; edueatian and teaching content should be strengthened, education methods en- riched and testing methods reformed;university ideological and political teachers＇ quality should be improved to provide powerful teach- ing staff guarantee;the role of earnpus culture should be utilized to create favorite legal education atmosohere for university students.
