摘要
采用问卷法对292名大一新生的学习动机、自我效能感和学习倦怠的关系进行研究,并提出相应的教育策略。结果发现:大学新生学习动机、自我效能感与学习倦怠呈显著负相关,内生动机、自我效能感对学习倦怠具有重要的预测作用,内生动机在大学生自我效能感与学习倦怠中起部分中介作用。
In this study, 292 freshmen were investigated by Learning Motivation, Sel^-efficacy and Learning Burnout Scale, and the corresponding education strategy is put forward. The results showed that freshmen's Learning motivation, self-emcacy and learning burnout are negatively correlated, and intrinsic motivation and self-efficacy on learning burnout have significant predictive effect. Intrin- sic motivation of university students Was found to have a partial mediating effect between the self-efficacy and learning burnout.
