摘要
目的 观察皮层下某些结构对癫痫小发作影响及在电针制痫中的作用。方法与结果 在戊四氮注射造成癫痫小发作大鼠 ,电刺激其尾壳核、中脑网状结构、黑质、上丘匀可遏制皮层棘慢波 ,毁损后两者使电针效应减小。在脑内一些部位微量注射密胆碱 - 3、氟哌啶醇、对氯苯丙胺、氯丙氨丁酸、3- MP这些影响中枢递质的药物均使痫波延长 ,针效变差。而注射蝇蕈醇使痫波缩短 ,针效加强 ,AP5也有使痫波缩短作用。结论 上述皮层结构及中枢递质均与小发作痫波及电针制痫密切相关。
Objective To observe the effect of subcortical nuclei on petit mal epilepsy and their roles in suppression of petit mal epilepsy by electro acupuncture. Methods and Results Electric stimulation of subcortical nuclei: caudate n, cuneiform n of midbrain RF, substantia nigra and superior collicullus of rats with cardiazol induced petit mal epilepsy can suppress spike wave discharges (SW), and EA effect becomes low after destruction of the latter two. Micro injection of drugs affecting neurotransmitters: hemicholine 3 (HC 3), haloperidal (HAL), p chloroamphetamine (PCA), baclofen, 3 mercaptopropionic acid (3 MP) into certain parts of brain leads to prolonged SW and reduced EA effect. Injection of muscimol shortens SW duration and reinforces EA effect, and AP5 also causes shortening of SW duration.
