摘要
结合实验模态分析技术对龙门铣床双摆头的动力学特性进行研究。对双摆头结构进行模态测试,获取频率响应函数,并进行拟合,分析得到结构固有频率、阻尼比与振型等动力学参数;对安装在双摆头上的螺旋立铣刀进行锤击实验,获取机床-主轴-刀具系统的加速度频率响应函数,结合再生颤振理论,预测其铣削颤振稳定域。根据可视化的整机振型,提出改进机床结构的方案,并提供合理的切削参数。
The dynamic characteristics of a dual-rotary-spindle milling head were investigated based on the experimental modal analysis technique. The modal test was performed on the structure of milling head, and the frequency response functions (FRF) were acquired and drawn up, and the dynamic parameters of the structure such as natural frequency, damping ratio and mode shapes were obtained by analysis. The helix milling cutter installed on the milling head was tested by hammering, and the function of acceleration frequency response for the system of machine tool-spindle-tool was obtained. Its chatter stability field of milling was predicted by combi- ning with the regenerative chatter theory. According to the visualized mode shape of whole machine, the scheme of improvements on the structure of machine tool is proposed, and proper cutting parameters are provided.
