摘要
后混合磨料水射流是极具发展前景的一种冷态加工工艺。对后混合磨料射流切割机的工作原理及主体组成进行了分析,并针对IE-B型超高压水射流切割机所存在的不足进行了改进。结果表明:改进后的磨料水射流切割机解决了原有设备密封性能差、可靠性低、维护成本高等多方面的问题。
The suf-mixed abrasive water jet is a kind of promising cold processing technology. The principle and component parts of the suf-mixed abrasive water jet cutting system were introduced and analyzed, then some advises about the disadvantages of the super high pressure water cutting machine (Type: IE-B) were presented. The results show that the ameliorated equipment can work normally, and the sealing characteristics, reliability and maintenance are improved effectively.
