对不同进油管结构的油轨的耐久性及振动性能分析

摘要 汽车发动机的油轨进油管的结构对其耐久性有很大的影响。针对不同的油轨结构以及不同的进油管长度,分别进行有限元分析和振动性能分析,得到其共振频率,同时对它们的耐久性进行评估。根据对3个油轨原型件进行实际振动测试得到的结果,验证有限元模型的精度,得出最佳进油管结构。 The position of the fuel inlet tube has a great influence on the durability of fuel charge assembly (FCA). The durability and vibration performance of FCA with various fuel inlet configurations were discussed to determine the vibration resonant frequencies and the durability assessment was made for the FCA. Actual vibration testing data for three FCA prototypes validate the accuracy of the FEA model used and optimal FCA structure was gained.
