摘要
通过对开放式数控系统主要结构形式的分析,提出基于PMAC的激光加工机床开放式数控系统的设计理念。该系统是以PMAC作为CNC控制模块、PC机为系统支撑单元的双CPU开放式数控系统,即"PC+PMAC"的开放式数控系统模式。经多次试验证明:该系统能够稳定工作,很好地满足激光加工机床的要求。
Through analyzing the main structure forms of open CNC system, the design philosophy of the open CNC system based on PMAC for laser processing machine tool was put forward. In this system, PMAC was taken as control model of CNC and PC was taken as system supporting units. So it was a double CPU open CNC system, namely the open CNC system model of "PC + PMAC". A lot of experiments have proved that this system can work steadily and it can meet the demand of laser processing machine tool.
