建筑草图Sketchup下自动生成模型轮廓轨迹的系统开发

摘要 针对现有的轮廓切割机难以切割复杂曲面难题,研制出能直接与数字化设计Sketchup建筑草图软件结合的专用轮廓模型装备,并且以Visual C++6.0为工具开发了自动编程系统,可直接在建筑草图Sketchup环境下自动生成模型轮廓轨迹的NC代码。经实验验证,该装置能在短时间内复现与设计草图一致的实物模型。 Aiming at the problem that the existing contour cutting machine can hard to cut complicated curve, a special equipment for contour model was developed which combined the digital design software of architectural sketch, and automatic programming system was developed which could create NC code of the model contour trajectories in Sketchup environment directly. The equipment can be used to reproduce the architectural model which consistent with the design sketch in a short period of time through experimental verification.
