基于Modbus协议的LabVIEW在溢流阀测试中的应用

Application of LabVIEW in Test of Overflow Valve Based on Modbus Protocol

采用基于Modbus协议的LabVIEW对PLC模拟量和数字量进行控制,并将此方法应用于溢流阀的开启压力测试试验中。实验结果表明,该方法简单、经济、稳定、实用性强,并已成功应用于实际液压系统中。

The analog and digital values of programmable logical controller （PLC） were controlled by using the method of Lab- VIEW based on the Modbus protocol, and the method was applied in the opening pressure test of overflow valve. The experimental results show that the method has simple, stable, economy and practicability, and has been successfully applied to practical hydraulic system.
