摘要
为了提高火炮发射平台、车载雷达以及激光武器等要求高精水平度平台的调平效率和精度,采用负载敏感及电液位置伺服控制技术,并应用PCI-6221数据采集卡和伪微分控制算法设计了高精度液压调平试验系统。试验结果表明:该试验系统具有无超调、响应快的特点。
In order to improve the leveling efficiency and precision of the artillery launch platform, the car radar and laser weap- ons which needed a high-precision level platform, a high-precision hydraulic leveling test system was designed based on load-sensitive control, electro hydraulic position servo control, PCI-6221 data acquisition card and pseudo-derivative feedback control algorithm. The experimental result shows that the test system has characteristic of no overshoot and rapid response.
