摘要
针对市场对地毯打样的需求,通过分析阿克明斯特地毯织机的工作原理及设计工艺,设计了地毯小样机的数字控制系统。系统软件主要对地毯设计图案信息进行提取、分析处理等,通过以太网与下位机实时通讯,将设计图案的信息传递给下位机;下位机根据所获取的图案信息,结合运动控制程序,实现系统各部件精确、协调的控制。该系统能够实现高效高品质的地毯打样,为地毯的设计和生产节约了大量的人力和资源。
In order to meet the market demand for carpet sampling, a NC control system was designed by analyzing the working principle and design technology of Axminster loom. By the upper computer program, the pixel information could be extracted, analyzed and processed from image. The upper computer was communicated with the lower system instantaneity via Ethernet and the information of the picture was sent to the lower system. Combining with the servo control and motion control program, each part of the system was moved precisely and coordinately by the lower system. The system can be used to make carpet sample more efficiently with high quali- ty. The result shows that this control system has practical application value.
