摘要
为了实现医疗仪器对反应试剂加样的高精度要求,研究一种采用无阀式柱塞结构的微量泵。对其机械结构和运动学方程进行了详细描述,并且针对不同材料的柱塞进行了有限元分析。实验结果表明:该微量泵具有极高的加样精度,在加样量20μL时的变异系数小于1%。
In order to achieve the reagents' precision pipetting in medical instruments, a micropump was designed with valveless plunger structure. The mechanical structure and kinematics equations of the micropnmp were illustrated in detal. Besides, finite element analysis was executed to the plungers with different materials. The experimental results show that the precision of the micropump is high, and its variability coefficient is less than 1% when the pump-intake is 20 μL.
