摘要
矿物复合材料是以矿物颗粒为骨料并配以环氧树脂等胶结料所形成的一种新型复合材料,其制品称为矿物铸件。介绍矿物复合材料的特点、与铸铁等传统材料的性能对比优势以及矿物复合材料的国内外研究现状;总结了组分及其与材料性能之间关系的研究成果,并给出了多种配方。对矿物铸件的成型工艺、模具和其在机床上的应用做了详细阐述,归纳了矿物复合材料的发展方向。
Mineral composite material is a new composite material with mineral particles as its aggregate together with epoxy resin or other adhesives as its binder. The parts made from mineral composite material have been known as mineral castings. The state of the art, the characteristics and performance advantages of mineral composite in contrast to cast iron were introduced, the relationship be- tween the composition of the material and the material performance was summarized, a variety of formulations were provided. The cast- ing process, casting mold and the application on the machine tools were elaborated. The trend of this material was generalized.
