摘要
针对凹版印刷过程中对张力控制的要求,提出了一种基于模糊参数自整定PID控制系统,将模糊控制理论和传统的PID控制算法相结合,可根据系统偏差和偏差变化率实时在线调整K P、K I、K D参数.仿真结果表明,这种模糊自整定PID比传统PID控制器在张力控制中具有更好的控制特性.
According to the control demands of paper tension in the gravure printing processing, a fuzzy self-tuning PID control system was proposed. Combined fuzzy theory with the traditional PID control algorithm, it can change the parameter according to the deviation and rate of change of deviation in real time. The simulation results show that the fuzzy self-tuning PID is better than the traditional PID controller in tension control.
