摘要
考察了苍耳子的水提取物及乙醇提取物在抗真菌、除草、杀虫方面的作用,研究结果表明:在抗真菌实验中,苍耳子乙醇提取物终浓度为20 mg/L时选择性地对小麦颖枯菌和小麦赤霉菌有抑制作用,抑制率分别为70%和100%;在杀虫实验中,苍耳子乙醇提取物具有选择性杀虫作用,在终浓度为60μg/cm^2时对棉铃虫毒杀率达100%;在除草实验中,在终浓度为60μg/cm2时,苍耳子水提取物选择性地对小白菜有100%的抑制作用。
In this study, the water extract and ethanol extract from Xanthium sibiricum Patrin were tested for potential antifun- gal, insecticidal and herbicidal activities. The results indicated that the ethanol extract from Xanthium sibiricum showed selective an- tifungal and insecticidal activities, and the water extract from Xanthium sibiricum showed selective herbicidal activity. At the final concentration of 20 mg/L, the ethanol extract exhibited the selective antifungal activity to Septoria nodorum and Fusarium culmorum with the inhibition rate of 70% and 100%, respectively. Moreover, the ethanol extract at the final concentration of 60 μg/cm2 showed 100% insecticidal activity on Heliothis armigera. Finally, the water extract at the final concentration of 60μg/cm2 possessed the unique herbicidal activity on pakchoi, and the inhibition rate reached 100%.
