北冬虫夏草组织分离及复壮菌种的试验研究 被引量:10

摘要 试验结果表明:采用组织分离+复壮的技术手段可明显提高北冬虫夏草菌种菌丝的生长活力,复壮后菌丝日平均生长速率达2.65mm/d,液体培养7d后净增干物质重0.65g;复壮后菌种的出草性状得到了明显改善,平均每瓶鲜子实体产量可达27.2g。 The experimental results indicated that the technological means of tissue isolation plus strain rejuvenation could obvi- ously strengthen the growth capacity of the mycelia of Cordyceps militaris. After the strain rejuvenation, the daily average growth rate of mycelium could reach 2.65 mm/d, and its dry matter weight had a net increase of 0.65 g after 7 days' liquid culture. After ap- plying the rejuvenation approach, the production traits of the strain were markedly improved, and the average fresh weight of the fruiting body could reach 27.5 g per bottle.
