我国新型农村合作医疗保险实施情况及影响因素研究

Research on Implementation and Influencing Factors of New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance in China

通过对江苏高淳和四川遂宁两地近年来实施新型合作医疗保险情况的实地调查,分析了我国东西部地区新型农村合作医疗保险的具体实施情况,并运用Logistic回归模型对影响两地新型农村合作医疗保险实施情况的影响因素进行了分析,提出了推动新型农村合作医疗保险发展的对策建议。

By the investigations on the implementation of new rural cooperative medical insurance in Gaochun county of Jiangsu province and Suining city of Sichuan province in recent years, this article analyzed the specific implementation of new rural coopera- tive medical insurance in the eastern and western regions of China, analyzed the influencing factors of the implementation of new ru- ral cooperative medical insurance in these two regions by using Logistic regression model, and put forward some countermeasures to promote the development of new rural cooperative medical insurance.
