摘要
为全面了解华恒煤矿在实施东风井通风系统优化改造措施和-650 m水平副立井投入使用后矿井通风系统的实际情况及存在的问题,结合矿井的生产布局和通风系统现状,采用逐点测定法对矿井通风系统阻力进行了测定,并根据测定结果对矿井通风系统阻力进行了计算分析。测定结果显示:矿井通风系统阻力分布比较合理,用风段和回风段部分路段的百米风阻和阻力值偏高,应采取局部降阻措施;矿井风量分配合理充裕,通风难易程度为容易;此次通风阻力测定的相对误差均小于5%,满足阻力测定的精度要求。
To completely understand the current situation and the existing problems of the ventilation system of Huaheng coal mine after the implementation of the optimization measures of Dongfeng mine ventilation system and the use of -650 m assistant vertical shaft, the ventilation resistance was measured by point- by- point method according to the production layout and practical situation of ventilation system. And re- lated analysis was given after the measurement results. The analysis show that the distribution of ventilation resistance is comparatively rea- sonable; the hectometer resistance and the resistance value of the air use part and the air return part is slightly high, partial measures to lower resistance should be taken; the wind distribution is reasonable and abundant, and difficult degree of ventilation is easiness; the relative error of this ventilation resistance measurement is less than 5%, which meets the precision requirements of resistance measurement.
