基于PLC的机舱延伸报警系统设计

Extended Alarm System for Marine Engine Room Based on PLC

针对船舶机舱延伸报警系统的现状,采用可编程序控制器(PLC)设计一套具有通用性和高可靠性的机舱延伸报警系统。该系统在无人现场值班时,通过设置可将报警信号向公共场所、轮机长、值班人员等处所进行延伸报警,从而实现无人值守,提高了机舱自动化程度和船舶运行的安全性能。

Focus on the status of extension alarm system for marine engine room, Programmable Logic Controller（PLC） is used to de- sign an extension alarm system with high versatility and reliability. When no one on duty at the scene, the system, by setting the alarm sig- nal to the public, Chief Engineer, the watch sites, and so on, premises for extended alarm, in order to achieve unattended, enhance the safe- ty of the ship and the automation of the engine room.
