摘要 论文简述了以PM75DSA120为例的智能功率模块(Intelligent Power Modulel,IPM)的基本结构,分析了IPM驱动电路的硬件设计方法、保护电路的软硬件设计方法。最后介绍了采用以IPM为开关器件的高频逆变电源驱动和保护电路设计。实验结果表明,采用IPM作为开关模块与DSP芯片实现全数字控制,高频逆变电源输出电压质量好、可靠性高,极大地缩短了逆变电源设计周期,减小了装置体积。 This paper analyses basic structure of intelligent power modules (IPM) about PM75DSA120, the hardware and software de sign methods of driving circuit and protection circuit was analyzed. Finally the paper introduces the methods of driving circuit and protection circuit on high-frequency link inverter wb.en use IPM as switching device. Exper imental research indicates that IPM which acts as switch de- vice and Digital Control by DSP, the high-frequency link inverter has a stable output voltage with high reliability, high reliability, and the de- sign cycle of inverter has been reduce greatly, the volume become more littler.
