Based on the status of personnel structure of Guiyang City Library as an example, the paper made analysis of comprehensive quality of public library staff, explored the countermeasures to improve the comprehensive quality of the librarians, so as to improve the quality and level of library service, promoting the prosperity and development of the library cause.
