摘要
高校图书馆文明礼仪的建设是校园文化建设的重要组成部分,也是图书馆与读者共同构建和谐图书馆的桥梁。文明礼仪建设应注意发挥馆员的示范作用,馆员的文明礼仪建设可从内在自我修养和外在言行规范两方面来进行。
