氨茶碱膜剂的经皮吸收及穴位效应研究

Study on Transdermal Absorption of Aminophylline Film and Effect of Acupuncture Points on It

氨茶碱膜剂为穴位经皮吸收制剂。采用离体鼠皮进行膜剂体外渗透试验 ,用蛋清引喘实验考察膜剂的平喘作用 ,通过穴位给药过程中穴位电阻的变化 ,考察穴位对药物经皮吸收的促进作用。结果表明 ,氨茶碱膜剂以零级动力学经皮渗透 ,0～ 12h累积渗透量 44 .7% ,渗透速率 16 .5 8μg/cm2 ·h。穴位较非穴位电阻值小 ,穴位用药后的电阻值降低 ;膜剂穴位给药能显著延长蛋清所至豚鼠哮喘的潜伏期 ,其中肺腧穴给药的作用优于膻中穴。

A transdermal therapeutic system of aminophylline was developed and its transdermal release rate on mice skin was determined. The permeation of aminophylline in the films through the mice skin followed zero-order kinetics. The permeation rate was 16.58 μg/cm 2·h . The electrical resistance was decreased and the therapeutic effect was increased apparently after administered on acupuncture points.
