摘要
借助漫反射红外光谱 (DRIR)、X 射线光电子能谱 (XPS)技术 ,对自制的氟尿嘧啶半乳糖化白蛋白微球 (Fu GBM)表面的光谱性质进行了研究。解析结果证实 :偶联后 ,Fu BM表层的Fu被洗脱 ,Fu GBM的表面成功地偶联了半乳糖 ,表面覆盖率为 2 5 .4%。
Diffuse reflect infrared(DRIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) techniques were utilized to study the surface properties of fluorouracil bovine serum albumin microspheres(Fu-BM) and fluorouracil galactosyl bovine serum albumin microspheres (Fu-GBM). It is first confirmed that, by analysis of the spectra, 2-imino-2-methoxyethyl-1-thio-galactose(IME-thiogalactose) react successfully with Fu-BM and Fu adsorbed on the surface of Fu-BM is then washed off after the coupling. The covering ratio on the surface of Fu-GBM is 25.4%.
