摘要
在对学校教育、学校体育提出新的要求的大背景下,对广大体育教师提出了新的历史使命。通过阐述全纳教育的内涵和宗旨,从全纳教育角度出发,倡导体育教师进行观念改革,并提出体育教师应转变的几个观念。包括体育教师的教育观转变:接纳所有的学生;体育教师的成才观转变:从教授"终身体育"意识到实践自我的"终身学习";体育教师的师生关系观转变:从"我要你如何"转变成"我们如何";体育教师的教师主体观转变:从摒弃"体育好生与差生"的称谓到重视学生成功体验;体育教师的评价观转变:从"为教而教"到"教是为了不教";体育教师的责任观转变:从"学生的学习"到"学生的一生"负责。
Inclusive education not only gives rise to new requirements for school education and school physical ed- ucation, but also sets new historical mission for physical education teachers. This paper interprets the contents and goal of inclusive education, calls on physical education teachers to change where their outlooks their attitudes, and need change. As to points out areas their outlooks on education, the paper suggests their including all students. In terms of talent training, physical education teachers should change from imparting "lifelong physical educa- tion" to practicing "lifelong learning". They should adopt the "Let's" attitude instead of the "I ask you" attitude to- ward teacher-student relationship. As far as subjectivity is concerned, the paper proposes change from discarding ad- dressing students as good or bad to valuing their experi- ences of success. Regarding their outlooks on evaluation, physical education teachers should learn to teach in order not to teach rather than teach for the sake of teaching. Fi- nally, they should not be merely responsible for "students' learning", but also for "students' life".
