摘要
对6万多个脑卒中病例的原始数据进行加工整理,得到不同性别、不同职业及不同年龄段的发病率数据,并通过计算发病年龄的众数、四分位差、偏度、峰度等统计指标,得到发病人群分布的特征。为全面分析脑卒中发病受环境因素的影响,通过建立统计回归模型,得到脑卒中发病率与气压、温度、湿度及其高低差值之间的量化关系。结果分析显示,其拟合优度和显著性检验都令人满意,进而利用这些定量分析结果,对不同的年龄层次、职业人群,气候条件等提出了相应的预警及干预方案。
After data of over 60,000 original cases existed in stroke case are processed in the article; we get the incidence data of different genders, occupations and ages. It obtains incidence distribution characteristics of people by calculating mode of age, four-point difference, skewness, kurtosis and other statistical indicators. To analyze the extent how incidence of stroke is influenced by environmental factors, the article establishes regression model and obtains the quantitative relationship between the stroke incidence and air pressure, tem- perature, humidity and height. Results show that the goodness of fit and significance tests is satisfactory. Then we put forward precaution and countermeasures to give early warnings to people of different ages, occupations under varying climate conditions.
