摘要
有人说现代化就是理性化,以理性为视角从哲学的高度来探究企业诚信问题,具有时代特性和现实意义。企业诚信在概念、产生机理和维护机制等三个方面都体现出工具理性和价值理性的统一性,因此,解决中国企业诚信问题的关键点也在于弘扬社会和企业的理性精神。
Some people believe that modernization means rationalization. Because of this, explorations of enterprises integrity rationally and philosophically have vivid epochal characters and vital practical signifi- cance. The enterprises integrity can reflect the unification of instrumental rationality and value rationality in its concept, generating mechanism, and maintenance mechanism. Therefore, the key to deal with the enterprises integrity is promoting the rational sprit of enterprise and society.
