随着高校招投标活动的深入开展,招投标管理中的一系列问题逐渐显现,文章针对这些问题进行了分析并提出了相应的对策。旨在促进高校的招投标管理,提高资金的使用效益,有效遏制招投标中腐败行为的发生。

With the in-depth development of the bidding activities in Colleges, a series of problems in the bidding management is gradually appeared. This paper analyses these problems and puts forward the corresponding coun- termeasures, aiming at reinforcing the bidding management, improving the efficiency of capital use and effectively curbing corruption in the tendering and bidding.
