文章从历史和文明发展的角度阐述了推进生态文明建设的逻辑必然性,探讨了生态文明的内涵与层次,论述了生态意识的培育对于生态文明建设的重要性,阐述了生态意识培育的主要内容。

From the perspective of history and the development of civilization, logical necessity of promoting the construction of ecological civilization is elaborated in this paper. The connotation of ecological civilization and level, the importance of the cultivation of ecological consciousness to the construction of ecological civilization and the main content of the cultivation of ecological consciousness are also discussed.
