摘要
情感能力是小学生素质的重要组成部分,是小学生养成优良个性、发展良好人际关系的关键性品质,是学校情感教育的必然诉求。班级活动是学校生活的一种常规性活动,其自主性、实践性、灵活性为小学生情感能力的发展提供便利条件。教育者应当重视班级活动的情感能力培养价值,通过改善班级活动为小学生情感能力的发展提供一条实效性途径。
Emotional intelligence is an important part of pupils' qualities,a key quality of developing good characters and interpersonal relationship,a necessary appeal of school emotional education. Class Activity is a routine activity in school life,whose autonomy,practice and flexibility provide advantages for pupils' emotional intelligence development. Educators should pay attention to class activity developing pupils' emotional intelligence and offering an effective route to pupils' emotional intelligence development by improving class activity.
