摘要 为深入贯彻《幼儿园教师专业标准》,研究新时期幼儿教师专业素质培养的问题,研究者对大连沙河口区幼儿园开展了幼儿教师专业发展的问卷调查,以获知区域一线幼儿教师专业发展现状,剖析其发展优势与不足,挖掘问题产生的深层次原因并探讨适宜的对策。 In order to thoroughly implement the "Kindergarten Teachers' Professional Standard" and to research preschool teachers' professional quality training in Shahekou District in the new period, the au- thor carried out a questionnaire survey of preschool teachers' professional development in the district to learn the status quo of frontline preschool teachers' professional development and to analyzes their devel- opment advantages and disadvantages, exploring deep causes of problems and appropriate measures.
