Analysis and Countermeasures of Status Quo of Regional Preschool Teachers' Professional Development

为深入贯彻《幼儿园教师专业标准》,研究新时期幼儿教师专业素质培养的问题,研究者对大连沙河口区幼儿园开展了幼儿教师专业发展的问卷调查,以获知区域一线幼儿教师专业发展现状,剖析其发展优势与不足,挖掘问题产生的深层次原因并探讨适宜的对策。

In order to thoroughly implement the ＂Kindergarten Teachers＇ Professional Standard＂ and to research preschool teachers＇ professional quality training in Shahekou District in the new period, the au- thor carried out a questionnaire survey of preschool teachers＇ professional development in the district to learn the status quo of frontline preschool teachers＇ professional development and to analyzes their devel- opment advantages and disadvantages, exploring deep causes of problems and appropriate measures.
