Teaching research activity is an important way to improve teachers＇s professional growth. Aiming at the problems of inconspicuous themes and the lack of serialization and trainees＇ enthusiasm, the author puts forward that it is necessary to explore strategies to improve them so as to enhance standardiza- tion and scientificity and activity quality.
