摘要
教研活动是促进教师专业成长的重要途径。针对教研活动主题不突出、缺乏系列化以及参与者积极性不高的现象,有必要探索主题化系列化教研活动实施策略,以增强教研活动的规范性和科学性,提高教研活动质量。
Teaching research activity is an important way to improve teachers's professional growth. Aiming at the problems of inconspicuous themes and the lack of serialization and trainees' enthusiasm, the author puts forward that it is necessary to explore strategies to improve them so as to enhance standardiza- tion and scientificity and activity quality.
