摘要
采用华北电力大学开发的图形化自动建模系统STAR-90作为仿真支撑平台,对空气预热器进行仿真研究。为提高仿真精度,运用工程模块化建模方法,以某600MW机组三分仓回转式空气预热器为对象,建立其多段模块化仿真模型,并在仿真机上进行详尽的实验。通过对仿真结果的分析比较,确定四段模型能够满足仿真要求。
This paper adopts the STAR-90 graphic automatic simulating system developed by Huabei University of Electricity as the sustaining simulation platform to research on simulation of air preheater. The modularity model method is applied in this thesis to set up multi-section simulation model for higher simulation accuracy by dividing the axis height of the flue gas Process flows of the trisector rotating air preheater in 600MW power generating unit into two and four equal parts. Experiments are strictly made on simulator and the experimental results are analyzed to ensure these four models to meet the simulation requirements.
