高职学生实习实训中的校企共管机制研究

On Co-management Mechanism of College and Enterprise in the Practice and Training of Higher Vocational Colleges Students

高职学生的实习实训作为工学结合培养模式中的一个重要组成部分,离不开校企双方共管机制的保障。笔者通过查阅相关资料并结合对江苏无锡部分高职院校校企共管机制的实践经验的研究,在分析目前高职学生实习中校企共管机制运行现状及原因的基础上,探析总结了强化校企共管机制的方法,以保障高职学生各项实习的顺利开展。

As one of the important components of work-study combined personnel training mode, the practice and training of higher vocational college students need the guarantee from co-management mechanism of college and enterprise. This paper consults a lot of materials combining the practical experience in some higher vocational colleges in Wuxi, then analyses and summarizes the methods to strengthen the co-management mechanism of college and enterprise to ensure the development of all kinds of practice and training of higher vocational college students.
