龙蝉抗敏化瘀饮系列方治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎86例临床观察

Effect of Longchan Kangminhuayu drink on allergic purpura nephritis

目的 观察龙蝉抗敏化瘀饮治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎的疗效。方法 过敏性紫癜性肾炎患者治疗组 86例 ,采用龙蝉抗敏化瘀饮系列方辨证施治 ,同时结合西药抗过敏、抗感染 ;对照组57例采用西药抗过敏、抗感染、激素等药物治疗 ,对顽固病例加用环磷酰胺。 1个月为 1个疗程 ,治疗 3个疗程后进行疗效评估。结果 完全缓解率治疗组 84 .9% ,对照组 4 7.4 % ;总有效率治疗组98.8% ,对照组 77.2 % ,均有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组效果明显优于对照组。结论 龙蝉抗敏化瘀饮治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe effect of Longchan Kangminhuayu drink on allergic purpura nephritis. Methods 142 patients with allergic purpura nephritis were divided into two groups. In treatment group (n=86) combination Longchan Kangminhuayu drink of and routine western medicine (antivirus and antiinfecton) was utilized. In control groups (n=57) only treatment of routine western medicine was carried on. The treatment course in both groups was one month. Results Total effective rate in treatment group (98.9%) was significantly higher than that in control group (77.2%, P<0.01). Conclusions Integration of TCM and Western Medicine can effectively treat allergic purpura nephritis.
