一种新型疏水缔合聚合物的合成及性能评价 被引量:10

摘要 对新合成的疏水缔合聚合物BSC14-1溶液进行性能测试,确定了其临界缔合浓度(CAC)为1 300 mg/L,并验证了BSC14-1具有一定的抗温耐盐性和剪切恢复性.在此基础上进行岩心驱替实验.不同渗透率岩心的驱替实验表明:BSC14-1对高渗岩心有更高的提高采收率值(12.16%),中渗岩心次之(5.93%),低渗岩心最低(3.26%);与HPAM的同等高渗岩心对比驱替实验表明:BSC14-1提高采收率值高于HPAM 5.2个百分点. The performance of the synthesized hydrophobic associating polymer BSC14-1 solution is measured,its critical association concentration( CAC) is 1 300 mg / L,and it is proved that BSC14-1 is of the characteristics of temperature and salinity resistance and well shearing restoration. The flooding experiments show that BSC14-1 solution can enhance the oil recovery factor of high permeability cores by 12. 16%,medium permeability cores by 5. 93% and low permeability cores by 3. 26%. For the equivalent level of high permeability cores,EOR of BSC14-1flooding is higher 5. 2 percentage points than that of HPAM flooding.
