摘要
南海D区块普遍存在储气层位多、地层压力变大、构造复杂等特点,使得钻井过程中井下复杂事故时有发生,从而影响钻井周期,增大了钻井成本,因此,为了保障钻井安全、提高钻井效率,进而降低高温高压井钻井成本,在钻井过程中实时监测地层压力就显得尤为重要。通过使用dc指数与深度建立二维坐标系,然后采用伊顿经验公式法计算地层压力和地层破裂压力的方法,并借助于Geoservices公司研发的equiPoise系统,实现了系统化、程序化地对地层压力和地层破裂压力进行实时监测。这种方法在南海D区块的3口井进行了实际应用,最终的监测数据与实际测量压力结果对比吻合率达到98%以上。
D Block in South Sea generally exists features of more gas horizons,larger formation pressure and more complex structures and these make underground complex accidents occur frequently during drilling,thus affecting the drilling cycle,increasing the drilling cost.In order to ensure drilling safety,improve drilling efficiency and reduce drilling cost of HTHP wells,it is particularly important to monitor the formation pressure in real time during the drilling process.Two-dimensional coordinates was established with dc index and depth.By using Eaton empirical formula method to calculate formation pressure and formation fracture pressure and equiPoise system which was developed by Geoservices Company,formation pressure and formation fracture pressure were realized real-time monitoring systematically and programmatically.This method had been used in 3 wells in D Block of South Sea and the consistent rate of the final monitoring data and the actual measured pressure results is over98%.
