钻井液粘度、密度对气测全烃检测值影响的模拟实验 被引量:12

摘要 在气测录井中,全烃检测值高低、曲线形态蕴含着丰富的储集层信息,近年来关于钻井液全烃检测值与钻井液粘度、密度关系的研究主要集中在理论校正和恢复计算方面。为了研究水基钻井液粘度、密度的变化对气测全烃检测值的影响,通过模拟钻井液循环过程的实验,得出钻井液粘度、密度对气测金烃检测值的影响规律,确定了水基钻井液最适宜气测全烃检测的粘度范围为70-85s,且在钻井液密度小于1.20g/cm。时,脱气效率最高、全烃检测效果最佳,从而为气测资料校正方法奠定实验基础。 In the process of gas logging,total hydrocarbon detection value and its curve shape possess rich reservoir information.In recent years,studies on the relationship between the detected value of total hydrocarbon of drilling fluid and viscosity and density have been focused on theoretical correction and restitution calculation.In order to study the influence of viscosity and density changes of water-based drilling fluid on total hydrocarbon detection value,by simulating tests of drilling fluid circulating process,the authors obtained the law of influences of viscosity and density changes of drilling fluid on total hydrocarbon detection value,identified that the most suitable viscosity range of water-based drilling fluid for total hydrocarbon detection is 70~85sand the degassing is most efficient,the results of total hydrocarbon detection is best when drilling fluid density is less than 1.20g/cm3,thus laying an experimental basis for the correction method of gas logging data.
