定制公交服务初探

在市民出行需求多元化和现状公交服务模式单一化的突出矛盾下,大力发展多元化公共交通已经成为城市交通发展的必然趋势。探讨了定制公交服务的定义、服务要素、优势和适用性。阐述定制公交具有高效、便捷、灵活、舒适、经济的特点,尤其适用于出行时间和起讫点相对固定、出行需求相对集中、出行距离适中的客流群体。最后指出,大力发展定制公交对于完善和提升公共交通服务具有较强的现实意义。

Facing the increasing contradiction between the diversification of passenger travel demands and the homogeneity of public transit service modes, it is impera- tive to develop a diversified public transportation system. This paper discusses the definition of the Subscription Bus Services（SBS） system, its key service elements, ad- vantages and potential applications. The paper further elaborates the SBS＇ s characteristics, namely efficiency, convenience, flexibility, comfort and economy, and points out that the SBS is suitable to the passenger groups with relatively fixed travel times, similar origins and destinations, concentrated demand patterns, and me- dium trip lengths. The paper concludes that the SBS＇ s de- velopment can significantly improve and enhance a city＇ s public transportation system.
