湖南省高校体育教师人力资源配置与优化研究

摘要 运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对湖南省高校体育人力资源的现状进行了探讨.结果发现领导重视与否、工资福利待遇高低、家长及学生对课程重视程度等因素制约着湖南省高校体育教师人力资源的开发与提升.提出了积极优化人力资源储备的环境,提高创新能力;建立人力资源调控体系,革新人力资源理念;规划人力资源建设体系,完善体育人才激励机制等若干对策. By means of literature consultation, experts inquiry, questionnaire method and probability method act, the current condition of P.E teachers human resources in the Universities in Hunan province was discussed. The result shows that the factors of P.E teachers human resources in the Universities in Hunan Province development and promotion were listed: leader attention, salary higher, parents and the discretion of the importance of the course of Parents. According to the current situation and existing problems, the following countermeasures were put forward: optimizing the environment of talents reserves actively; improving innovation ability; establishing the talent resources regulation system; innovating upon the human resources concept; planning human resources construction system; perfecting talent incentive mechanism.
