摘要
在板坯连铸机生产中一般采用一套独立的测量辊装置来进行铸坯的定尺切割。本文提出的定尺切割冗余系统,是利用拉矫辊编码器测量出铸坯定尺长度,使定尺切割更精确,故障率更低。此技术在板坯连铸机的生产中具有广泛的应用前景。
In general,a set of independent measuring roller device for cutting to length during slab production.The cutting to length redundant system was proposed in this paper.The encoder in withdrawal straightening roll was used to measure slab length in cutting to length redundant system which has more accurate rate and lower failure rate.This technology has a broad application in the slab production.
