摘要
本文针对消防救援现场应急指挥应用需求,提出了一种应急音视频数据链系统,在不依赖救援现场基础设施情况下,通过可撒布的无线MESH传感器网络来获取现场的各类数据信息(温度、湿度、地质、GIS、有害气体浓度等信息),同实时视频、音频数据一并上传到消防指挥中心,建立救灾现场与消防指挥中心之间的实时通信链路系统,消防指挥中心根据现场状况,实时调整救援策略,确保消防指挥中心对消防救援现场的有效、有序应急指挥。
For Emergency Command application requirements in fire disaster scene,this article presents a data link system for emergency audio and video Communication.By spreading wireless mesh sensor networks,it can get various types of data(temperature,humidity,geological information,GIS information,the concentration of harmful gases,etc) in the case of poor scene infrastructure,and then upload all data to the fire command and control center,together with real-time video,audio information.By the establishment of real-time communication link between the disaster scene and the fire command center,according to the disaster site conditions,commanding officers can do real-time adjustment of the rescue strategy to ensure the fire and rescue scene ordered and effective.
