摘要
近年来连锁超市在我国发展迅速,已遍布各大城市,其竞争日趋激烈,其中供应链客户关系是影响其发展的重要因素。为了进一步完善连锁超市的客户关系管理,对连锁超市的供应链客户关系现状及问题进行了相关分析,并对连锁超市客户关系管理提出了建议。
In recent years, supermarket chains have developed rapidly all over the major cities of our country. The competition has become increasingly fierce. The supply chain customer re- lationship is the important factor affecting their development. In order to further improve the customer relationship management of supermarket chains, this paper makes correlation analy- sis of the current situation and problems of the supply chain customer relationship, along with advice on the customer relationshio management of the supermarket chains.
