Explore the Application of Space Theory in Characteristic Township Planning——Take Chenji Township Planning of Gushi City in He'nan Province as an Example

总结我国乡镇规划产生的历史背景、作用及现状问题,指出传统模式乡镇规划的不足,结合河南固始陈集镇规划的案例,提出我国乡镇规划的新模式,即以空间理论为指导,以特色专项规划为龙头,引领全局,带动乡镇经济发展,形成有特色的乡镇规划。通过切实可行的特色规划,实现真正意义上新农村建设与乡镇科学发展。

This article points out the shortcomings of traditional mode of the township planning in china through a summary of the historical background of its emergence, function and current problems. Coupled with the ease of Chenji township planning of Gushi city in Henan province, the paper puts forward a new mode of the township planning guided by the space theory, tak- ing the characteristic specialized plans as the lead, which will eventually lead the whole situa- tion and promote the township economy development to form a characteristic township plan- ning. The practical characteristic planning will help to realize the new rural community con- struction and scientific township development in the true sense.
