摘要
调查了新建本科院校科技期刊的稿源现状,分析了形成这种状况的原因,提出解决稿源短缺问题的对策,以提高科技期刊的办刊质量。
This paper probes into the situation of the source of contributions of technical jour- nals in the newly-built universities. The causes of the formation of this situation are then in- vestigated. Finally, it advances the strategies for the problem of inadequate contributions so as to promote the quality of the technical journals.
