Observations on the Curative Effect of Acupuncture in Different Orders on Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的 观察不同次序针刺治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法 运用逆于临床常规次序 (由下至上 )针刺的方法为治疗组治疗肩周炎 ,并与临床常规次序 (由上至下 )针刺的方法为对照组各 43例 ,进行对比观察。结果与结论 治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 )

Purpose To observe the curative effect of acupuncture in different orders on scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods Acupuncture against clinical routine order (from the lower to the upper) was used to treat scapulohumeral periarthritis in treatment group and acupuncture in clinical routine order (from the upper to the lower) in control group. Each group consisted of 43 cases. A comparative observation was carried out. Results and conclusion The curative effect in acupuncture group is superior to that in control group ( P <0.01, P <0.05).
