高职院校新生心理普查存在的问题及对策——以三明职业技术学院为例

The problems of mental survey for vocational freshmen and the countermeasures——A case study in Sanming Vocational and Technical College

目前高职院校新生心理普查过程中普遍存在心理普查工具不完善,心理普查时间不一致,心理普查过程控制、主试的专业水平、被试的合作程度、筛查和约谈工作不完善等方面的问题。应通过提升心理普查工作的高度、将心理普查工作制度化、统一心理普查时间、建立心理量表的常模、加大心理普查前期宣传、构建心理健康工作队伍、重视普查后心理约谈等方面的努力,使心理普查的结果更加真实可靠,为高职院校有效开展心理健康教育提供一个坚实的基础平台。

Based on the 4-year mental survey in Sanming Vocational Technical College, the existing problems on freshmen＇s mental health are analyzed, such as imperfect survey instrument, inconsistent survey time, process control, professional level of the experimenter, cooperation level of the subject, and imperfect screening and interview work, etc. Some methods that can improve the mental health education are proposed, including emphasizing and systemizing the survey work, unifying the time of mental survey, building norms of psychological scale, strengthening publicity, constructing mental health team, and stressing interviews after the mental survey.
