高职教育改革背景下校企合作处的职责探析——以闽西职业技术学院为例

Duties of School-Enterprise Cooperation Department under the background of vocational college reform——Taking Minxi Vocational and Technical College as an example

广泛、深入、持续、有效地开展校企合作,是实现高职教育高素质技能型专门人才培养目标的重要途径。本着实现校企双方"互惠互利、合作共赢"的合作原则,闽西职业技术学院成立专门的校企合作处,践行校企合作的各项工作职责,并在新的历史环境下,在与政府、企业、学校三方的协调中,拓展了校企合作处的工作职责。

Carrying out school-enterprise cooperation extensively, deeply, sustainably and effectively is an important way to realize the training goal of skilled talents for higher vocational education. In the implementation of the principle of college-enterprise cooperation ＂mutual benefit and cooperation for win-win game＂, specialized cooperation department is set up in Minxi Vocational and Technical College to practice the duties of school-enterprise cooperation. In the new historical environment, the duties of school-enterprise cooperation department are expanded, playing the role of coordinating the relationship among government, enterprises and schools.
